Green Party candidate for Foyle
Shannon has been an advocate for the rights of women and the LGBTQ community of NI both in her hometown of Derry and during her time at Queen’s University Belfast.
“I am honoured to represent the Green Party in Foyle in the upcoming election. The rights of women and the LGBTQ community of NI have been ignored for too long and if elected, I will fight for equality. It’s the 21st century, our government needs to realise the fact that every person living here deserves to be treated with dignity, equality and respect.
“I also plan to fight for more investment and jobs for the people in the Foyle consistency.
“The recent past has demonstrated the need for a fresh, accountable and transparent approach to politics. The Green Party represents this change. Please use your vote for the Green Party; if you hate waste, vote Green.”
