Crawfordsburn will rally around Loaf Coffee Shop following burglary

Tuesday 23 July 2019

Steven Agnew has said that he is saddened by a burglary at the Loaf Pottery and Coffee Shop in Crawfordsburn at the weekend.

Loaf opened last year creating employment opportunities for people with learning difficulties as well as operating as a space for community art classes.

Steven Agnew commented on the burglary at the Crawfordsburn premises:

“I was really saddened to hear of the burglary at Loaf and I know it will have a big impact on the people working in the café.

“Loaf is much more than a coffee shop – it enriches lives and is an asset for the people of Crawfordsburn.

“I know the community will give Loaf more support than ever before in the wake of this burglary.

“I would ask that anyone who may have saw suspicious activity in and around the Main Street area over the weekend contact PSNI on the non-emergency number 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
